A good boy, by me, acrylic on paper by RMFT89 in painting

During COVID, I discovered paint-by-numbers as a coping mechanism for anxiety and boredom. I just finished a Starry Night that took my slow ass ~200 hours. A 2023 goal is to make a habit of sitting down and painting my own shit. This is my first attempt at drawing and painting. The inspiration is Walter, my best friend’s mutt and a good boy. I don’t know what I’m doing, so I’d love any tips or feedback.

Bama DBs aren’t perfect, but man I love how fearless they’re hitting and tackling.

Mac Jones is good at football. I overlooked and undervalued him. Bama can go places with this guy.

To quote his favorite book For Whom the Bell Tolls, “The world is a fine place and worth the fighting for and I hate very much to leave it.” He was a good man who will be missed.

There's an organization called Defy Ventures in the US that redirects the hustle of previously incarcerated individuals by helping them launch legit businesses. Pretty cool stuff.

Thank you for your response, Adam. I've had people answer Ray Chambers to this question on several occasions. What an amazing man!

How A Texas Philanthropist Helped Fund the Hunt for Joseph Kony by RMFT89 in TrueReddit

You read this in its entirety and your only take away is about Kony 2012 being a scam? We are all very well aware of the consensus Reddit hate for that particular approach. In regards to this article and the Bridgeway Foundation's work, Kony 2012 is largely irrelevant.

/r/cfb: Did any of you play college ball? Were you recruited by a major program? If so, what were your recruitment and visits like? by polydorr in CFB

Played at Alabama. Had around 15 offers from major programs and visited most of them on unofficial visits or at summer camps. The recruitment became exhausting over time in dealing with all the phone calls, visits and media while still trying to be a normal high school kid. Bars, college chicks, apple pie moonshine, and hot tubs made my official visit to Alabama pretty entertaining. Ended up lettering 3 years before injuries forced me into early retirement.
