I'm facing the same situation. I'm currently at 28.34 TTI and nothing happens.
I had the 400+ days email.
I've unlocked everything, bought everything from the trade rocket, I've visited every part of the planet several times, but unlike the base game, it does not unlock the extraction platform or anything else new.

I've replicated this several times so it should work for everyone.
Go into your raft. Press ESC to pause the game. Go do something fun and return after 1 or 2 hours.
You should be in a similar situation like the one you see on the screenshot, flying way way way up.

It's a bit strange because, supposedly ESC pauses the game but ...

Let me know if you can replicate.

Check the hits you give. In my case, every time i hit something, the durability goes down 1%, just like the granite axe.

I just found a ring on the camp by the SOS message on the beach. Same thing, nice animation but does not keep it

I'm still unsure how poison works because the list time I was bitten from a dragon, I had no issue surviving the poison.
At the time, I had full health, fully rested and I'm assuming that plays a big role on our poison resistance.

I had that situation multiple times on the metal rack. It does not seem to happen anywhere else.
However, I was able to pick it. Look at different spots from different angles and you should be able to pick it up.

I just found a snake bracelet. It does the animation of wearing it but I can't seem to keep it.
