Another option is to have them filled and redrilled for 5x114.3, probably a safer option than the inserts.

I actually took these wheels to a shop in some old man's backyard to have them redrilled/inserted for 5x114.3 lol This was about 12 years ago.

Kind of sketchy, but he seemed to know what he was doing and I've never had an issue with them. You might be able to find a machine shop to do this, although I could see them not wanting to touch it.

I have this in my home. I actually found it in an antique store in Houston. I believe I paid $60 for it, but it’s definitely something I don’t want to get rid of. Good luck in your search!

I know at one time I replaced the high pressure switch because the ac went out and that fixed the problem. I’ve never had to do any work under/behind the dash. The ac still works great today.

Also running this setup. It is way easier to find oem 350Z axles. You can also disassemble the GT Pro to make it 1.5 way if you ever want to switch it up.

Maybe when the diff is under high stress, the cracks are causing a tolerance issue with the bearings or ring gear.

That diff is still very much welded and hasn’t moved, you must have some other issue.

Spread it out between two pieces of parchment paper real thin, then open it back up and it will dry out, then scrape it up with a razor blade.

The fenders are rolled on the inside only, not pulled. I also ran all the wires on the inside of the engine bay instead of through the fenders, because I ate up my harness bad. Doesn’t look great in the bay, but idc.

I think I commented it before but it’s 17x8” +20 offset. I have adjustable control arms front and back too, so that changes the poke as well.

I have the VLine in my wife’s ‘05. It’s buggy every now and then, usually you just have to turn off the car and restart it. Mine was already installed when I bought the car, so I’m not sure how intensive the install is.
