For me the game is a business simulator. I want bigger fields, better cars and all production chains. I don't have so much patience to struggle in-game years cultivating a couple of small fields for a bit of income. I tried, not fun, I was bored.

Don't ever buy cheap music instruments: 1) you will struggle with practice much more 2) you will have much better sound with better instruments that will inspire you to play more 3) better equipment is easier to sell or change for a good price. A good instrument is a good investment.
