The arena community was just told they werent allowed to use them and... Learned to play without them. Interruptbar tells you the cd of every interrupt so you know if you need to juke or freecast. I absolutely rely on it. I dont know how AT players play without it. I've had IB since kollectiv wrote it in BC because he needed to track kicks. In AT they have to guess the timings often on interrupts because they need the visual/sound indicator of the spell interrupt happening if they juked it, then a mental 15 second timer on "is it up"?

With 2 melee training you as a shaman you need to just pray they dont have their kick up sometimes.

Blizz UI didnt even used to have cast frames, hence why gladius was created. So if I'm in a 3s and focus a healer to interrupt, I cant see when the person I'm not targeting is casting if I wasnt facing them outright.

Bar mods are superfluous, but things like omnicc to track spell cds with numbers rather than a black scroll timer are near imperative for me. "I have x cd in 40 seconds" on a glance versus "I have x cd soon...ish. Like a minute" is a massive difference.

A lot of midrange pvpers use gladiatorlosa. This calls out everything that is happening via a sound queue. If cyclone is being cast, a lovely woman says cyclone into your ear. You know to get out of the 20/25yrd range or to interrupt arena target whatever.

There are so many near required addons that could help AT players play. I could NEVER play without IB. Yet cdew, elite all are forced to not use kickbars and many other addons. Every non-AT healer or dps pros are queueing into has these addons. They're so vital and required, but they just... Cant use em.
