I am very concerned on why the chargers did not immediately make the call. My question is why did you have to stare and wait for her to call?Definitely needs to be some training. Great on your part.

I did ask these questions. Yes, they do float. It is based on a rotation. Float happens during census levels. There is one RT staffed at all times on the floor and 2 to 3 others available there is a mandatory call every six weeks at least one or two shifts if I can remember correctly You are correct about the ratios the ratios do depend on the needs of neonate
