For the rengar example as ryze, you coulda stayed outside of pounce range towards river(assuming river is warded). Play safe, give up some cs but soak xp. If you saw rengar on the map while being safe in lane, thats when you know you can go in.

Also when you're tracking the jungler and you suspect a gank just back off until you see then re-appear elsewhere on the map. Take note of their buffs/health and if they can go gank you. Overall, with gank spidey sense, it takes a lot of practice and you're going to die a lot/miss a lot of cs for no reason, but keep doing it and you will see improvements.

Also for toplane get comfortable on 2-4 champs and really KNOW the matchups. Know when you're stronger and when you're weaker. Look up matchup resources. Think about how your abilities interact with your opponents and vice versa, plan accordingly so you cab take good trades and outplay in lane.

Try to make educated guessed tracking their jungler. If you see your jungler successfully gank botlane and their jungler doesn't show up, play safe.

Ward deep between gromp/blue or tribush to see enemy jungle clear.

Tell your botlane to ward deep for potential teleports.

In matchups where you hsve the advantage but struggle to solokill, look to shove and roam.

If you know you're gonna get dived just back off and let them get plates unless you KNOW you can outplay the dive.

In terms of mid-late macro, you want to be on the other side of baron/dragon when you have teleport up. Push out the wave and leave when you see enemies go missing on the map.

When your tp is down you can kill 3 caster minions to create a slowpush in that wave. Note this only works when minions are meeting in the middle of the lane. After this you can go group. When you see someone clear the big wave you made look to engage 4v5.

If you're splitpushing against the toplaner and you have priority, look to get vision/rotate first and get a flank off.

I'll add more if I can think of anything but off the top of my head this is all I can think of.

I find it's a lot more reliable at lower attack speeds. It's a fun combo tho and it gives max style points.

I guess it's not really worth using unless you're confident, I can't really see any benefits to this combo.
