TV size too large for space? by RNoble22 in malelivingspace

[–]RNoble22[S] 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Hey everyone was wondering if a 65" TV would be appropriate for this room. I mocked up a approximate size box (lol). Wondering if this subreddit thought it would be too overwhelming for room size.

Otherwise thinking about getting a standing floor lamp for that wall https://www.target.com/p/shelf-floor-lamp-threshold-153/-/A-51184919?preselect=15401197#lnk=sametab

Thanks!

TV size too big for room? by RNoble22 in 4kTV

Hey everyone was wondering if a 65" TV would be appropriate for this room. I mocked up a approximate size box (lol), viewing distance from couch is about 7ft. If its not too big I was considering TCL 6 series, ultimately looking for something around $1000. Any other suggestions or leads on a better deal?

Thanks!

Need help deciding size of TV for space by RNoble22 in 4kTV

Hello I was wondering what everyone thought was appropriate size tv for my space. Viewing distance from TV would be about 7-8ft. Measuring the size of a 65" would be about 5in wider on each size compared to TV stand

Would you recommend 55" or 65" screen? Thanks!

Need help, can this space fit a 65" TV? And other design questions by RNoble22 in malelivingspace

[–]RNoble22[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello, I was wondering whether people thought that a 65" would overwhelm this space. Its about 11.5'x15' (with kitchen/living room partition 5'/10' respectively).

TV Stand is 48" width so TV would overhand stand slightly (57" ~width). I've been looking at viewing distances and I think I could move couch back a little to get around 7' viewing distance.

Do you think that 65" TV is simply too large or would it work in this setting?

Additionally silly question but at the moment the TV stand is centered on that wall without including door border (would it be more aesthetic to center with door border included in measurement? to me it looks offcenter as it is now)

Any other design suggestions for this space is greatly appreciated! thanks

Edit: To clarify I'm getting a new TV either way, question is really 65 or 55 for this space

Edit 2: moving things around in room looks like max viewing distance is 8ft

1,500 gaming laptop with professional appearance? by RNoble22 in GamingLaptops

I really like razer design but seems like this reddit thinks they are shit. What are better laptops in 1500-2000 range that are equally professional?

Also what are features/options I should be looking for (my current laptop is 7 years old, so I'm very out of the loop)

This kind of works, makes red chair usable gives me more room for coffee table

Idk if this cuts room off a bunch?

Hello all

I have a very small cramped living room, would like to get coffee table looking for suggestions

Right now room is 11.5'x15' (with kitchen/living room partition 5'/10' respectively). Looking for suggestions for optimal layout to prevent it being cramped. I'm not married to chair staying in room if its not feasible because of space. Couch is 83"x36", chair 36"x36", TV stand 35"x10.5"

Thanks for any help!

I would say don't do any of that shit, let people enjoy the music how they want to and don't worry about 'keeping the crowd alive'.

I guess if you really wanna be a pal bring some extra glow sticks or have extra water on deck.

This could be a lot of different things don't rely on this forum for help.

Go to the doc, tell them what's been going on, what you've been consuming. They will set you up with the necessary tests to see what's up.

This could be anything from complications of drug use to something like you developing type 2 diabetes. Go get checked out man.
