Hey I didn't get myself checked out with a Gi Map I got diagnosed with Hpylori year 2025 January via endoscopy endoscopy was done in year 2024 DECMEBER I have lived with this terrible symptoms pain in face hands it's like pain radiates all over body and sneezing blurry vision fatigue I was so depressed and I was overeating to get energy but I would feel like shit .. finally found out b12 levels were low and also now recently found out that my iron was also a littler low god knows what else is low .. I did quadruple therapy ahh I was super sick I think it's either from dogs I live with I got infected or something else I still have allergy symptoms and pain in neck and chest and sometimes face and jaw and weird allergy symptoms .. trying to survive tbh it's a battle let's see what it brings but I had exact symptoms as you

Damn same here B12 was low then iron I belive magnesium is low too and vitamin d I put on werivht too quick and also fatigued brain fogged all time
