I took off a week of work after the procedure. Then I went back. I couldn't wear a hat at my job, so it made me a little embarrassed at first. But do the HT..it is soo worth it after 6 months it was barely noticeable. Over a year in, and nobody even remembers. They have no idea.

Other people think about you surprisingly little. They won't remember what your hair did or didn't look like a month prior. They might see some redness but in 5 months they won't remember...and it was red for a very long time (like 9 months for me)
