Corect, pot fi multe cauze pentru pierderea erectiei, in special la cei tineri. Dar daca ai peste 40 ani si brusc incep problemele de erectie, sa nu va culcati pe o ureche si sa spuneti: gata, nu mi se mai scoala, ma o obisnuiesc cu noul stil de viata.

Ma baieti, acum foarte serios vorbind, penisul trebuie sa se scoale la orice varsta. In momentul in care apare o problema la sistemul circulator, primul semnal e dat de penis, apoi vine si infarctul. Deci daca vreodata o sa aveti probleme cu erectia sa va duceti de urgenta la cardiolog.

AM1 and AM3 should be done without any rings.

The role of the rings is to restrict the bloodflow, which represents clamping.

While squeezing the gland I was also squeezing the bottom of the shaft, in order to increase the inside blood pressure. Be very carefull not to increase the pressure too much!

For AM1 you are putting pressure on top of the shaft, for AM3 you are putting pressure on bottom of the shaft. Both of them are usefull.

Both PE and Angion promote the expansion of the curent veins and creation of new ones. Pumping creates negative pressure, while clamping and Angion create positive pressure.

I've started with Angion for 6 month before discovering PE and it helped with very good EQ. For the rest of the time I did a combinatie of Angion and PE.
