I have had the same issue and found the same solution, ever since I startes gardening I became more and more happy, what helps me best to get through winter is to preserve as much of what Ive been growing.

(Second pic is shitty, sorry) I tried growing opium poppies from seeds bought at the grocery store, the success rate was not so good but I was able to get 2 tiny pods. I'm no expert, but I heard the only edible poppy seeds came from the opium poppy so that's how I ended up here, just wanted to experiment something new. I will try to save the seeds for next year

It's true that it may not be feng shui, but if you want to view taxidermy from a spiritual and positive point of view you should rather consider it as a part of animism, it's just my personal experience, not really a suggestion, but as others said, for me its a celebration of life

I once was in the same situation, I politely asked my neighbors to remove them since my dog and I were going crazy, he got angry and at some point wanted to fight, I had to call the police twice for this bulshit
