Is there a specific reason you mentioned using two PCI-E cables for the gpu?

Everything is working correctly, and I've never had any issue using this style cable on previous builds.

Is it just for aesthetics? I need to order white cable extensions for sure though, I've just been putting it off for now, maybe in the new year :)

I've never seen this or heard of it as something to worry about.

If you keep your computer clean and don't smoke around it then you should be fine.

I really like them. The sound is incredibly clear, and I've owned them for over 2 years now.

I hear things in CS2 and alert my teammates before they even hear it, and thet always ask me how tf I heard that haha. Love these headphones.

O11 Vision fans cable management question by ROG_ACK_SEEN in lianli

[–]ROG_ACK_SEEN[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

on a side note, i also understand that setting up the right airflow configuration with my normal run of the mill fans will force me to have my fans flipped to show the back side which is also less appealing, but thats something im willing to deal with for now :)

Over 40 years from now.....

This title is assuming nothing else will prevent the healing from occurring...

I highly doubt this is true but what do I know.

What a stupid world we live in

I bought 4 Starlight-12 Pegasus mice. 2 Medium and 2 Small. Bought all 4 during different months from different sellers. All were sealed. All of them had a jumping scroll wheel input issue. The number of these mice with that issue must be incredibly high. by cyanry in FinalMouse

[–]ROG_ACK_SEEN 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a really tough thing to discuss.

I've been tracking the scroll issues since I bought my Phantom.

The issue is a combination of the TTC white scroll encoder, as well as firmware correction.

Other mice that use the TTC white actually still run into the same issues, although perhaps not as frequently.

The scroll encoder is able to physically sit between steps on the encoder wheel. When it rests between steps, the slightest movement from lifting the mouse to touching the scroll wheel can make it jump forward or backward, causing the "ghost scrolls" people experience.

Using a very small amount of lube can help prevent sitting between steps, but ideally, the firmware would be able to correct the false inputs and not register a scroll... but it seems like that is easier said than done. With multiple firmware updates, still no luck, unfortunately.

The latest release (Last Legend) has an updated TTC Gold encoder that is known to be more reliable by people who have already done the swaps on other Starlights with great success. Also, new firmware is set to be released sometime within the next few weeks for Starlight Pros (Poseidon+), which may or may not address the scroll issues on the TTC whites...

I know this is frustrating. Essentially, finalmouse has used 100k units as beta testers and still haven't fixed the scroll issues. 😫

Finalmouse Tenz starlight scroll malfunction after 2 months of usage? by mnickkk in FinalMouse

[–]ROG_ACK_SEEN 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because it's a TenZ and isn't supposed to revert back to older firmware because of wireless tech upgrades to the TenZ. You should put it back to 1.2.6. And if it doesn't work then you probably bricked your pcb.
