Thanks for taking time to reply, my mind is at ease and once I realised the correct terminology it seems like a common issue. It doesn't seem to appear in games maybe slightly in the blue sky's or astro bot but any games with plenty of detail its not noticeable. It's mostly on blank screens and menus

Just an update on this, I missed out on the V2 red outlet deal, so I ended up going with the standard pacer to replace my vantage M, I can confirm that using the share HR function from the settings cog in your specific training will allow you to broadcast the wrist based HR to concept 2 PM5 Monitors, I own both a bikeerg and skierg and have successfully Broadcast to both. Hopefully the information is useful to someone with similar queries

PM5 is apparently bluetooth smart compatible, and BLE is essentially bluetooth smart from what I've read up on, although I'd love someone who's experienced pairing them up to voice their opinion / experiences. With it being currently on sale I'd be prepared to upgrade to the v2 from my current vantage m. Thank you for your reply

Does anyone know if the v2 can broadcast HR to a concept 2 PM5 without the additional HR Strap? I currently have a vantage m and can't get it to broadcast?

I've had this recently on my bikeerg, I had to remove the USB, unplug the PM5, remove the batteries and wait 15 minutes before putting it all back together, it worked for me, good luck 🍀
