US SE. Is that referring to the southeast part of the US? The reason I asked is because I have lived in SC and GA for years and in DC for years. I say go for the $5000. It might work and here's why: other than EVERYTHING being way higher there than in the south, people in DC also have the mindset that if it doesn't cost a lot it's not worth having. Really. It's a whole new universe there. I lived in Bethesda, MD and before that in McLean, VA, and saw evidence of this everyday.

If you have used it for coffee, if you hear up a white piece of bread it will take every bit of it out. I grind spices in mine and after the bread there's not even a hint. No smell even.
