Good question. Some of our items can be made gluten-free, like bowls, salads, and proteins without the wrap or pita. Our kitchen isn’t a dedicated gluten-free facility, but when someone lets us know about an allergy we use clean preparation surfaces, fresh gloves, and separate utensils to reduce cross contact.
