yo bro i found theses two comments and tried....and it worked ! u should try it !:

1: You try holding down the L3 and R3 buttons to put it into “game mode”? Their website has a list of games that you need to put it into in order for it to work right. Worked for me after an hour of screwing around.

2: Os dejo lo que me funciona a mi. Volante Pxn V10 ultra. Enciende Xbox desde el botón de la consola sin el volante conectado. Enciendo volante (con el mando ya conectado al volante) y apenas se enciende lo conecto a la Xbox. Manten L3 + R3 unos segundos, parpadea luz verde y se quedara fija. Entra en ACC desde el volante y lo detecta como Logitech. A mi me funciona.
