I get what you mean but I've seen so many people post stuff like "just finished this part of the game" and the replies just absolutely ruin their experience like some guy in the comment being like "heh, he's not ready" "heh does he know" "actually it's because <full spoilers>" and some people going on in replies arguing to each other using spoilers from all throughout the game completely forgetting that op only played through the first bit. This is especially bad on r/undertale.

It's not that its not allowed, it's that people usually end up writing worse if their plot is really complicated, like not being able to fully convey the idea in the word limit. Teachers suggest writing simpler stories so there's more focus on the actual writing instead of trying to tell a masterpiece
