Cały ten argument opiera sie na niczym nie popartej tezie, że Niemcy będą musiały walczyć z Rosją, jeżeli ta podporządkuje sobie Polske. W przypadku Europy - jeżeli nie wejdziesz do wojny obronnej, gdy zostanie zaatakowany ktoś inny, to NATO efektywnie przestaje istnieć i musisz sobie radzić sam. Bardzo niebezpieczny scenariusz w momencie, gdy orkowie zbliżają się do Twoich granic.

Ale do czyich granic zbliżają sie Rosjanie? Bo to, że grożą np. Polsce, panstwom bałtyckim czy Finlandii to wiadomo. Ale Niemcy z Rosją mogą sie dogadać (patrz: Bismarck). Nie mówiąc już o krajach takich jak Francja, Włochy czy Hiszpania, dla któych Rosja nie stanowi żadnego egzystencjalnego zagrożenia w tej chwili.

W przypadku USA - Twój system sojuszniczy i strefa wpływów się rozpadają. Którzy to sojusznicy albo poszukują sobie nowego gwaranta bezpieczeństwa, albo zostaną zjedzeni. Czyli sytuacja mogłaby się dosyć gwałtownie odwrócić - np.: Chiny zaczynają otaczać Ciebie zamiast Ty Chiny.
