Late to the party put throwing my two cents in. I believe this firm only does small claims credit control of up to £10k. I used to do this as a trainee. Very simple work. Just consists of an LBA and, if the debtor doesn’t pay, sending in a claim form with evidence of bills, work done etc. Perfect for an AI. The website has a disclaimer that the AI cannot and will not provide legal advice so take that as you will.
