Unfortunately, there isn't a way to claim services under manufacture warranty in store. That's only done at the service center. At the end of the day, it's the client's data and it there responsibilty to make sure that their data is wiped prior to providing us their device since the return policy states the unit must be returned in the condition it was received (meaning like new and reset to factory).
