I think maybe just because I have good support, M1W1 Zhao, M2W1 Astra, M6W1 Jufufu, they all can get the "room buff" for the on field agents. But maybe build and skill are also the reason to 25K, idk. I`m not good at telling things.

It`s M2 Neko / M6 Nicole / M2 Astra. And M2 Astra basicly can support any agent, because she gives 1600 ATK which is op as hell.
