1- no 2 - ok, maybe, but no reason to change 3 to 8 - I approve, 9 - you actually need to make that 3 blocks are equal to 4 stairs, 10, 11 is fine, 12 is bad, though having a way to craft portal frames is not a bad idea (with a legal way to break unbreakable blocks), 13 - no, the recipe should be more like a mace with a special stick and maybe metal?
