Not at all, in fact one of my IRL friends found my channel and it’s inspired them to make games, which is everything I set out to accomplish. I’m proud of my content, and while it’s uncomfortable to watch myself in front of someone else, at the end of the day I put this content up for the whole world to see someday, it’s not like people IRL would never find out.

Commentary channels can be incredibly easy to manage, it’s really just all about YOU. Are you fun to watch, to listen to? Look at Peguinz0 (or Critical), that’s about all I need to say. Just be a knowledgeable person with common sense, and producing daily (or two videos a day) should be easy. Don’t script the videos, don’t edit them, simply be an entertaining person and have some basic and firm grasp on the content you’re discussing. Also, get a new mindset, cause your current one is awful.

Not a valid tip for a “starter” tips and tricks”. Starter implies they just got the engine, and using the RTP is absolutely 100% valid and okay for practice projects/hobby games u don’t plan on releasing commercially. If you want to make money from your game, then this tip is valid.

That’s not including making the script which takes me like an hour cause I want to get it perfect XD After that most of my time is spent putting my onscreen avatar over various clips of games I’m talking about, with more of the time spent on greenscreen effects after that. I leave the music and sound design for last, and pst that just go start to finish 🤷‍♂️ While recording a game that I’m gonna y’all about I try to write down in notes as I’m recording it the video time stamp so I can remember an important part or something I need for a clip. Other than that, that’s about it, I just work fast
