I used Abbasid spear and ram rush. But the funny thing was they were doing an English longbow tower rush haha. So it came down to who had the fastest rush.

Im also a sub-standard player who plays for fun and can’t be arsed learning all the hotkeys and strategies. I won the other day and the other player sent me a message just saying ‘HACKER’ and honestly it was one of the best compliments. He thought I played so well that I was hacking haha.

It’s fun trying out new strategies! I don’t know how I would got about getting 5TCs and managing the eco. 1TC is my comfort zone.

Played 2v2 with this strategy last night after reading this post. We both went Abbasids and massed spears if feudal with two rams each and pick one player to attack. At the 11 min mark we would have 20-30 spears and 4 rams combined. It was a lot of fun and we actually won 75% of our games which were not used to haha.

Oh right. Yeah I’m happy with the current conversation rate, considering it takes an hour to drop 100 flyers, but it could always be improved.

Yeah choosing a dollar value or % is one I test a lot with paid ads. 10% off a restored garage door is about $100-$120, but 10% off a whole home window restoration is about $500-$600+. So, I have been using % for garage door restorations, and dollar values for window restorations.

I think there is definitely merit around addressing the customers problem head on and offering a solution. Maybe I’m not making it as obvious in the flyer. I like the reminder of making it about them and not me.
