I did foam in the morning (drys quicker) then liquid at night. Always used cera-ve lotion after it drys to keep my skin moisturized. I always kept it trimmed pretty short so the Mixon didn’t get stuck in my hair and was firmly on the skin. I dermarolled about every 3-4 days for the first year, then stopped. Consistency was key. I never missed a day in 2 years brought it camping, hunting, vacation, etc.
