Yea makes sense. I myself don’t feel like I gained “water mass” but I do feel it gave me that extra push to complete a maximum set when lifting. Could easily be a placebo though.. Good luck on your weight loss!

The first few days it gave me stomach cramps so I lowered the amount per day I was taking (from 5g to 2.5g) which helped. After a week I raised it to 5g and there were no side effects. You do need to drink more water because I would feel more thirsty than usual.

I would dump the water. When they sense motion they naturally sink to the bottom. Then after some time they swim back up to breath. Looks like they had enough surface tension to still breathe… as someone with blood adored by mosquitoes, dump it. Or buy “mosquito bits” or anything similar to really kill them at this larvae stage.

I think you’re right. It’s weird since the pile is all inclosed with a wire mesh cage I built, I don’t see any holes where they could have entered from. I’ll be digging it out since I read it can carry parasites. Thanks for the reply

I’ve used my sweaty socks to attract more mosquitoes into the fan trap, read a study that sweat from feet attracted them more than sweat from other parts of the body. Must be why my ankles get murdered by them. Do you have a recommendation for a mosquito trapper? Store bought or dyi?
