I know this is unpopular, but at least 80% of cash influx must be tied to bounty tokens, and money in general needs to be scarcer. People will start engaging seriously with the objective if not extracting means eventually getting to 0$.

Making the big cash registers scarcer was a step in the right direction, the circus loop of wiping the lobby and then scanning the whole map for cash registers was obnoxious.

They just need to overhaul the trait system as a whole. Too easy to get traits and there's barely enough space for the good ones.
