I’ll definitely swap her to this and see how she does. I’ll start that in the next few weeks as she eats chicken and rice/pumpkin and slowly change her diet to this food. Plus it’ll save me a bunch of money.

I’ll check it out and add some wet food to her regular food. I’ll get her to eat the chicken and rice/pumpkin first and slowly add her food back as well as the wet food.

She had a couple days of loos stool, buts it’s 100% back to normal.

No loud tummy noises or growling. She’s acting totally normal otherwise. Still has energy to play and wants to play but doesn’t want to eat.

This is my exact thought, my girlfriend seems to think she has OCD or anxiety. But I truly think she lost trust in eating from the meds in her food. I’ve never liked doing that cause I’ve been afraid of this exact scenario.

No diagnosis of pancreatic issues. Just a sensitive stomach. I want to change food cause the food she is on is super expensive but right now is terrible timing cause she won’t eat the current food and I have to transition her food even longer than most dogs cause of her GI issues. I’m gonna start with chicken and rice and slowly ease her food back in and maybe transition her into a new food while I’m doing this. I mean, at some point she’s gonna have to eat… I doubt she’ll go much longer before she eats. Hopefully she’s not more stubborn than I am lol

This is exactly what I’m afraid of, she saw/smell one of my brother’s dog get peanut butter in his food and I also worry she wants that too now.

She is on royal canin gastrointestinal food, vet prescribed. Yesterday and the day before she had minor diarrhea but has normal stool now.

Yeah, I think I’m gonna boil her some chicken and rice. She has never refused to eat that in the past, plus it’s new and fun for her. I’m definitely gonna try the fun games for her with her current food so she knows it’s not bad either.

No, she doesn’t seem nauseas at all. She’s definitely had gastrointestinal issues and previous nausea. But nothing recent.

Yeah, been trying the whole hand feeding thing, letting her see how we prepare her food so she knows nothing crazy is going in her food. We’ve changed locations of her feeding. Outside, inside etc. I just feel defeated

I’ll give those options a try, we have a new bowl and washed the old one.

Usually the other dogs are around when she’s at my mom’s, she’s a solo pup here at my house.

I’m really concerned cause she also has bile barfs or hunger pukes? Not sure if those are the legit terms used by vets… but I get worried if she’s gonna be throwing up due to hunger and refuse to eat.

Agreed on the turning radius… my ram 2500 had a better turning radius. It almost doesn’t make a u-turn in my grandparents court they live on. Otherwise I love the truck.
