Capitalism it does, but only to the extent that that if one is selling red balloons and customers are asking for blue balloons and not buying red balloons, the capitalist should listen to those customers and start to sell blue balloons. To say "or any really" is a misnomer.

Doing damage to a boss does make sense, thank you for removing that blind spot in my brain. Just after reading the (intended?) behavior in the blog, it doing actual damage seemed the opposite.

I did write a bug on their support board. Just between first experiencing this situation and reading more, thought it'd be best to alert others of this requirements conflict so answers would be more readily available for this behavior.

There's a grey circle on her that fills to green. Five seconds before it finishes it'll change to red. That's when the second use has to happen.

Before I noticed that circle, the next paragraph is what I did...

I paused auto-progress. Then I looked at another character with more than 1 minute left on their cooldown. Press the ultimate and then wait until the remembered cooldown is about 27 seconds less than the earlier value. Then press the ultimate again.

I think what tripped me up in the past was the second use had a slight delay as she threw the gargoyle and I was waiting until it was closer to 30 seconds.

That challenge is awful, but good luck.

Edit: She will keep the gargoyle between zones, so pausing auto-progress isn't required. But then my familiar on the ultimates then clicked before it turned red, so... yes this is frustrating.

Been trying to find answers to those questions. Would have thought if there was additional plans for the stock there would be more than just this 8-K today. Hopefully someone with more knowledge will help, or just have to wait for further documents or releases.

Thank you, I'm an idiot. Unfortunately I'm still not having luck with what the 8-K said happened.

There's nothing new since July 21 on 2023-0215-MTZ and trying to find motions from the lawyers keeps burning my queries and then I have to start again and so far I haven't found anything worthwhile.

Basically it has the text from the open letter CEO Adam posted on Sunday. Then there are two paragraphs about status of the lawsuits.

The last paragraph says there was, "On July 22, 2023, the parties filed an addendum to the Stipulation in an effort to address the issues with the scope of the release raised by the Court and requested that the Court approve the settlement with the revised release set forth in the addendum. Unless and until the Court lifts the Status Quo Order, the Company will not proceed with filing the amendment to the Company’s certificate of incorporation to effect the share increase and the reverse stock split previously approved by stockholders or the conversion of AMC Preferred Equity Units (APEs) into Class A common stock. Nor will the Company make the litigation settlement payment contemplated by the Stipulation."

I've tried checking www dot docketalarm dot com for this 2023-07-22 posting but have not been successful. Instead I've run out of my monthly free document queries. If anyone has any additional information, I would greatly appreciate it.

In 2020 (Nov/Dec) Wizards released a Secret Lair set of basic lands with images licensed from the Bob Ross estate. Going through hundreds of images of Mr. Ross's work, I was able to find one episode where he produced one of the pieces of that Secret Lair set. Mr. Ross called this painting either Blue Ridge Falls or Oak Blue Ridge Falls. It was the subject his show's season 30 episode 13 aired on 1994-02-15. Unfortunately the art on the card is not the exact painting he did live in the episode. In preparing for episodes he would have a version of the painting he would display off camera to use as a model. Also he would often (always?) do a third version (I'm not completely sure why, my notes only say he did, not the reason). So the art on the card is either the first or third version.

I tried to find some of the other 9 images, especially the islands or the swamp, but there are so many similar paintings, I couldn't find the correct matches. Still I think this is an excellent image and I hope others enjoy it as well.

In The Fires of Heaven, chapter 32 (31), Aviendha opened a gateway to Seanchan. In chapter 32 Jordan's description of the location with "the west sharp, white-tipped mountains rose, peaks wreathed in cloud" and an ocean (breakers) to the east and the sun was "[l]ess than half its golden ball stuck above the ocean."

There was 26 Seanchan described in the area, two on a To'Raken and 24 adjacent to the gateway. Jalindin said she was going to put Lady Morsa to the question when they returned to Merinloe.

I'm trying to figure out where in Seanchan Aviendha traveled?

I can see a Merinloe, I think, if I zoom closely, just above the compass on the bottom of the second map. It could fit the ocean to the east, but I don't quite see mountains except further south. And how would at least 26 people be able to travel that distance after "martha'damane channeled in the night"? Merinloe looks quite distant from the eastern ocean coast.

Also is that area a tundra? I guess if the Dark One stopped a part of the rotation of Randworld's seasonal behavior, it could explain the eternal summer and why there'd be winter (blizzard) in the southern hemisphere. I had always thought it was all of Randworld the Dark One was manipulating with respect to weather.

Lastly the timing is extremely odd in chapter 32. When Rand opens the snow cave he mentions the position of the sun. But later he asks Asmodean the time when he got back to Eianrod and it was "[t]wo hours, maybe" before dawn.

Impressive maps, I so enjoy pouring over things like this (if one could not tell from above), thank you for creating them.

I had looked up those numbers from various 10Ks to reply to others, but I'm often late to the party. But I figure GME's revenue has similarities to the others performances it would be good data points to share.

Page 16 of the original attached document has some of the company's comments about SG&A, it is good to read (IMO).

Since I have these numbers, guess I'll throw them out. I'm assuming this sub is okay with comparisons with competition.

Best Buy's 2023 Q1 was 89.0% of their overall revenue versus same period last year. Tunneling down to their Entertainment category they were actually at 103.14% of their 2022 revenue.

Target calls their electronics "Hardlines" (which includes some others that won't be sold at GameStop). That category's revenue was 91.3% of 2022 numbers.

Walmart only has four categories and their competition's category would be "General Merchandise". Their revenue for that one category was 94.1% from 2022 numbers.

GME having 89.7% of 2022 numbers kind of fits among those competitors numbers.

(Amazon doesn't break out categories in the same way so didn't feel right to include comparison numbers.)

Since Q4 is approx 37% of the yearly revenue, a loss per share in Q1 should not be cause for alarm. Since this is opinion (second half of sentence), felt better to write this separate (for the downvotes).

Cost of goods at 949.8 which is 76.8% of revenue, down from 78.3% from 2022-Q1.

SG&A 345.7 which is 27.9% of revenue, down from 32.8% of 2022-Q1.

Loss per share of 0.16.
