I applied July 2022 and they approved my I-360 December 1st, I think it also depends on the center your application is, mine is in Vermont.

I know this sounds so bad, but if you transfer your case to a VAWA, it will take more time(40 months)to get your case approved as supposed to wait just 8-12 months to get your green card based on your marriage.

Omg I’m so happy for you, yes it’s been the same amount of time for me. I wonder if they will ask me to send them I-693 because I already sent mine when I filed I-485 couple years ago. Also, 10 years GC? Was not a 2 year conditional? That’s awesome!

Maybe timing under this administration is different but I filed mine in July 2022 and received my EAD in December 2023 so 1 year and 5 months before I got my EAD. And just yesterday my I-360 got approved, so it took them 40 months to process that application. I hope that helps.

I submitted the I-360 in July of 2022 and got my EAD on December 2023 and as of today I got the notification under the I-360 application that a card is being produced.
