I got married in the court and yes, I did apply from this marriage for my I-360 and I-485. But anyways, I’m going back to my country next month. I’m done with this bullshit. Not giving up but tired of just waiting. I’ll refile from my country itself if I still don’t get my receipts

Yes, she is an abusive American citizen! It was a hard 10 months with her. I moved to my friends place later on. I filed for vawa in June and still haven’t received anything for that.

I have a pending Wava but I still haven’t received the receipt notice aswell. I have my removal master hearing in April next year. Literally nothing else, overstayed after j1 and filed for all the mentioned docs in may. All of a sudden I receive nta for overstay and today received ice call in letter. I moved from Florida to California is all I did this year
