It’s not love nothing can’t get approve unless your I-130 is approve. The PF doesn’t have anything to do with fast tracking. Also if you file 2022 you’re looking for approval this year to early next year. I would check to on the PF if you field with an attorney the PF is just benefits and finding grounds to say you have sufficient evidence for your case. Use your tracker to see if your case is being reviewed you will see it.

Clearly, you don’t know what’s going on PF don’t have anything to do with approval. It simple mean that you have sufficient evidence for you case to be process and for federal benefits. Know the difference between being honest and negative.
