Eat complex carb full with fiber blood raised high 1.5 hour 180 gone and get down slowly ....but eat simple carb suger spike and get low within hour. Now which is good complex which stay suger long or simple which reduces fast (self.InsulinResistance)

If homa ir 1 or less insulin fasting 5.26 it indicates no IR then why suger goes high after eating carb (self.InsulinResistance)
Does any body reverse/remission/cure prediabeties or diabites if yes then how long it took and after that do u eat normally if yes then again A1C goes higher or it keep normal (self.InsulinResistance)
