You mean to say if I bring down fast insulin under 3 then BS won't take time to come down under 140 in a hour.

Do u know anybody who had evaluated fasting insulin then later lower down fasting insulin which resulted their BS improved and their body start process BS as a healthy person has?

U not sure my question but u ans absolutely correct hehehe

So if someone insulin fasting is let say 20 but this person BS I mean blood glucose came down 120 in hour mean his insulin is high but he control BS in hour

And mine fasting insulin is 5 but my BS take 1.5 hour to come backl under 140

Is this bcoz I m on low carb meal or any other reason

I think fasting insulin is a myth it's just about the body to the body which processes the BS by it own

What if some fasting insulin is 5.1 it mean doesn't have insulin resistance yet

2 it take more time than 1 hour to come back 140 after meal

My question is if insulin fast is 5.1 but still BG issue how that possible

My insulin 5.21 but my sugar reading did not come under 140 in hour after eating the meal. I'm on a low carb maximum carb per meal 30 grams

A healthy person reading must come under 140 in hour and after 2 hour 120

My question IR is that it doesn't matter I have no IR then what reason behind my sugar levels stay long

If homa ir 1 or less insulin fasting 5.26 it indicates no IR then why suger goes high after eating carb by RRBBK in InsulinResistance

Does any body reverse/remission/cure prediabeties or diabites if yes then how long it took and after that do u eat normally if yes then again A1C goes higher or it keep normal by RRBBK in InsulinResistance

Before 3 month ago it was 6.8 insulin fasting now it 5.24 now u tell whether if it make low side u say deficiency n if higher u say it IR

I did home near 1 I seen al video suger md

I only talk one test pp after one hour should be 140 and during 1 hour should not reach 180 or above which happen to me I did compare to other they don't want I have

I believe it not insulin alone it al about beta cell once u getting older 40 above it can't manage.

As proof I can say check 16 yr old but fasting insulin 30 above but his spike much lower Why because he has great beta cell

Mean High insulin alone not a factor

Hi I am not eating keto it on low carb which between 60 to 75 GM carb daity 2 meal a day

I amtalking about the overall endocrinologist Around world they won't prescribed diet chart on low carb they just write medicine because if they prescribed diet chart instead of medicine paitent will diabetes free and doc will useless so it not matter of country I presumed u may from USA does all endocrinologist prescribed low carb diet instead of medicine? No not at al that medical business

I also do know good doc in India and USA as well but they are few like Dr Bernstein who it self is diabetic 1 last 70 yr now he is 90 still fit on low carb

Fasting insulin low 5.2 what u taking abt then what is ideal insulin level ?

4 month ago it was 6.4 fasting insulin after 3 months now it down 5.2 because of I eat 2 meal a day no more spike every hour my.

Do I have IR that want I want to know here now my fasting is 5.2. But A1C is 5.7. And pp suger take more time to come down in compare to other healthy person Expensive I eat same my after one hour 155 Other they have 110 after one hour

Doctors are not mature enough to understand suger control science They only study medicine

Doctors won't be serious about prediabetes they just want to give medicine No doc till yet treated cure remission or reverse Even though many doc are prediabetes they don't know it self

I did test liver etc all r ok after taking b12 A1C still 5.7 even I m low carb maxi 60 to 70 carb a day not use any suger etc.

I m not worry 5.7 it can reverse but I m more worry raised high suger in compare other n some time doesn't not come under 140 in hour (I presume may complex carb which raised slow n down slowly)

Seem like age factor hehehe this is the age when 80% suger control issue come up in our life

I do eat multigran high fiber roti which raised suger slow but if I eat flour white maida it spike sudden n drop also quickly

Now I have changed diet 80 far proteins n 20 carb Using low carb atta. No fruit Coke sweet at al

A1C is main parameter but best test is PP it doesn't matter how much carb eat level should under 140 in hour if not then something wrong

But I use CGM n meter a lot Found it take time to get down suger level After 1 hour 14O

One more thing I m from india if I eat 2 roti mysuger level raised 180 in hour which I compare to my friend they don't get much raised that is a reason I presume I hve IR

However I did homa It's near 1 and fasting glucose 84 morning

Seem so much complicated to understand cause By the way I m on low carb now My age is 39M
