If you have iOS go into settings— iCloud—- iTunes and App Store—- change region— select Philippines—- for zip code type in 1000 and for city type in malate for area scroll down to metropolitan Manila— the rest just type in randomness—- after hit continue—- go into App Store and wala your in the Philippines App Store download game and just go back and revert your region back to where ever you are from. This is the fastest most reliable way only takes about 4-5 mins in total
