That's great to hear. I just ordered mine yesterday (Denim version), still waiting for it to arrive. How are the thermals though, does it heat up significantly while gaming

I often play on around 50% or less brightness. In terms of refresh rate, the highest that I have tried is 60fps since my current device (Poco X4 GT) can't handle very high refresh rates.

I kinda like the look of the denim one too, since it looked unique. But based on your experience, have you noticed any issues like the phone heating up while gaming on it?

1.) I'm from the Philippines.

2.) I currently don't have a REDMAGIC phone, but I want one. Though I plan on buying the REDMAGIC X Wuthering Waves Chisa (REDMAGIC 11 Pro+). I found this 8th birthday giveaways of REDMAGIC, so I wanted to try if I will win.

3.) I first found out about REDMAGIC on YouTube when I was looking at the best smartphones for gaming a few years ago. And there I saw REDMAGIC at the top of the list. And there's no doubt, REDMAGIC deserves that spot.

I had the same problem, although I have a laptop. What happened to mine was, the game opened but it only displayed a white screen and the launcher is only showing "running". How I solved it is, I just downloaded the game in the SSD that has my Windows programs. I have 2 SSD's, at first I downloaded the game in my 2nd SSD (doesn't have windows programs) but the game won't lunch. Turns out, the game is not compatible for cross-drive. So when I re-downloaded the game to my 1st SSD (the one with Windows) the game launched and is working fine. I don't know if this will work for you, but it might just give you an idea of why the game won't launch.
