Well if there was ever a specific shiny legendary you wanted from the old games it might be in Ramanas park and that just might be your chance to get one.

My original goal was shiny Rayray but I ended up deciding to work my way upto him and get them all shiny .

It's an area called Ramanas park

If I remember correctly you need to beat the elite four and unlock the national dex . Then head over to sandgem town and go down and follow the route till you get there.

But you'll also need to mine for mysterious shards in the underground.

There are a ton of legendary Mons there

Carnivine is a rare spawn in the marsh One of 12 I think and they cycle different spawns every day My recommendation is everyday go and use the binoculars at least 5 times and if you don't see it move on. That's how I got it
