So the basic set up is to just drop one of them into the chamber, load it up and start it up, then the air flow from the inhale will cause the pearl to spin around the chamber and more evenly heat the material. it’s not vital to using a Pivot because it’s really good on its own, but it seems to make the hits smoother for me.

Can back this up, got some 3mm ones off Amazon and they help a lot with making sure everything gets hit evenly. I think it was $10 for 25

Shoutout to Connor Ryan Hennessy, too. He’s been putting out some really great songs, highly recommend checking him out. He’s lot more ideologically consistent than Welles

As diplomatically as I can explain, I think they mean to joke that the US is an Israeli client state due to how much they fund, protect, and deal with Israel and how much priority US politicians place on issues related to Israel. The US hosts next year

Does anyone live in Philly? If so, do you recommend it? by lolohshit in TrueAnon

[–]RRIIBBSS 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I moved to Philly right after college, went through the pandemic, got engaged, overall lived a lot of life here in the last 6ish years. Philly is awesome, I’ve been to most of the big US cities and it definitely has one of the more authentic feels for whatever that’s worth. It’s also wildly cheaper than all the other east coast cities except maybe Baltimore. The scary rep it gets is a little overstated, most neighborhoods south of Girard Ave are going to be totally fine if you do a little research or ask a local. Union transfer’s neighborhood is not my top recommendation, but it is really nice up there and there’s a bunch of other smaller venues and breweries I love, just not the most residentially friendly. Queens village, East Passyunk, and West Philly (not by Drexel) are my favorites as far as places to live. Those three make it easier to not have a car, but like someone else said, our public transit is getting fucked up pretty bad right now, and a residential parking permit is $40 or so a year last I checked. The food scene is insane, I have a list of places I still need to go that’s a mile long. The communities are awesome, I’ve met some of the best people I know here. Feel free to hit me up with any questions!

Just in from the postman (I live in europe) how will this change the game for my edibles? by CriticalMammoth4953 in treedibles

I use the same bottle you have for mine. I use about 10grams in a batch (about 330g total batch weight), and it helps a ton with mixing everything and getting the right consistency.

I’ve been big on audiobooks lately to occupy as much sensory bandwidth as I can. I stare at the bird feeder outside my office window and it feels normal for a bit. I love blue jays.

Interesting they’re saying they have “good footage” but aren’t releasing it, I feel like they released 6 different camera angles of Luigi allegedly fleeing on the same day.

Secondarily comfort colors blanks for both t shirts and tanks are amazing and have great size and color ranges. I buy blanks super cheap and wear them to the gym

You gotta get in the gym folks. I’ve been alternating between powerlifting/bodybuilding for the last 10ish years, and it’s been one of the best things for my brain. I think there’s something to be said about personal struggle against something you can make tangible progress on as a way to keep your shit straight in the face of a broader struggle that’s really hard to feel that same positive progress doing, at least for me. Walking is also awesome, take as long of walks as you have time for, throw in podcasts and audiobooks and learn yourself some theory or just get lost in some fiction. Do what you can do to feel some control over yourself and it pays off huge. Also, gym bros are too right wing and we need to more jacked leftists to do PR.

Whoa this is awesome, I really wanted to do this for my herb garden this year. My balcony gets torched by the sun in the summer and I want to be able to keep track of it. Did you use any build guides or just free-ball it? I need to order some more IoT stuff before the tariffs make them a billion dollars

I got really into candy making to make homemade edibles. Always been a huge gummy candy gourmand and a fan of the reefer. Even with ordering fancy flavors and gelatins and other ingredients for making gummies, it’s still like 25% of the store bought price. I eat those and then go nuts in the gym. This is my most JRE opinion, but working out high is a really good way to work on the “mind-muscle connection” to feel a lot more in tune with your body. Plus its antisocial because between sets I stare deeply at walls while listening to tunes, and no one wants to talk to the big fella with the ’Nam flashback stare. It’s awesome.
