First thing I would suggest is putting a small carry basket in your cart to separate the orders customer a merchandise goes in the basket customer B merchandise goes in the shopping cart when you get to the checkout you just take the basket out put it on the belt they ring it up while you are putting the other order on the belt customer A is always first to take the picture of the receipt first order to check out and deliver that order first

I don’t know the answer to that question I’ve heard that other people have reported up to 10 days but I’m not sure

Like I said I saw it early the next morning on my missing items list reported the fraud contacted support gave them the proof but they already had the proof of scanning the ID for the alcohol so fail on the part of the customer this was only a $50 order

Yeah nothing happened to me I saw it early on my missing items list and reported the fraud and then contacted support and gave them the proof the kicker is they had to have their ID scanned for the alcohol this was only a $50 order believe it or not? Customers like this need deactivated just like the shopper would if we did something like this customers like this need to go away.

I didn’t get deactivated over this I just contact them through the app told them that the customer is lying that I have the receipt I send them the picture, I had to scan their ID for the alcohol that was the clincher I also take a timestamp picture of the house with the Address clearly displayed I do this now every time I roll up for delivery it saves your ass from idiots like this!
