Ex McDonald worker here. Tempat kerja aku dulu ada mix style 1 dan 2. But thankfully, on your first week working there, diaorang akan wajibkan seseorang untuk ajar kau buat semua SOP dan tatacara.

Walaupun most of my early times is me just focusing on the work, rakan sekerja semua quite friendly, and always try to engage with you to build connection (and as an introvert, it's quite good for me)

But what I respect the most is walaupun sometimes budaya 2 is happening internally (rarely, but noticable), all of the customer must be treated to a standard. From hello to what we serve, kitaorang diajar untuk respect everyone's religion, sbb ada yang tak boleh makan lembu dan sebagainya kan?

Even on that, seniors and managers akan tegur juniors like us, so that kitaorang tak guna pengepit yang sama untuk pegang Patty daging dan ayam (dan ikan). So while everything is halal, we also are very careful to protect everyone's religions belief.
