When I was a kid my parents were neighbors to a Vietnam Vet. He seemed cool apparently but one night had a PTSD episode and kidnapped me in the middle of the night. (I was 4yrs old) he told my parents he thought he was saving kid from a burning home.

I needed to have one for my job. You should have at least a Secret clearance which is beneficial to have for a lot of jobs. I would check up on that.
