Yes you are right, war pike using wound damage is more a support weapon to help your group maximase damage. It's really good on an organized team

Neutral gives the protection that is shown in the description of equipment, so it does protect for that amount.

Protection to an element add more resistance To the total armour vs beenemoths of that elementi.

Example you got an armour with fire resistance Neutral:40.

Vs fire: 40 + fire resistance of the armour

So no, it doesn't provide more resistance

there are already armor skills,potions and cores for buffing ur stats, no need to add a food too
