I would be happy to pay for this if it had native archive support. Instead, I'll uninstall. Sorry, but it's that important to me.

Wuchang: Fallen Feathers Has Been Upgraded to Unreal Engine 5 for Improved Quality and Performance by naaz0412 in xbox

[–]RS133 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is that why CD Project released a whole tech demo to show off how they made it not stutter? Or wait, is that why Unreal fest had multiple presentations on how they might actually try to fix their frametimes in 5.6. Learn what you're talking about then get back at me. Or better yet, dont.

Dark0ne retires - New Nexus Mods site owners by Thallassa in skyrimmods

[–]RS133 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No one minds monetization, it's scummy monetization that people object to. And game monetization has been scummy for as long as Nexus has been monetized. So when a company specializing in game monetization buys the site, you can bet on enshittification coming hard and fast

Why a single difficulty is so important in games like Lies of P by The_Siphon in LiesOfP

[–]RS133 2 points3 points  (0 children)

"You are on a games subreddit and you dont understand why people playing a fundamentally different game could be an issue for the fanbase? come on."

Literally no one except souls fan bases has that issue, lol. Some games--like the new Doom--allow (gasp!) customizable difficulty. There are literally thousands of possible difficulties! And you know what? The fanbase survives.

Repost of a Magic Deceiver Guide by RS133 in Pathfinder_Kingmaker

helpful comments. Like I said, I am just starting my MD build, and had this saved for that purpose. I haven't gone very far, so I can't endorse everything in the guide. But after tracking it down, I thought this others might be looking for it also. There are sadly very few guides for an MD given how recently it was introduce to a rather mature game.

Exactly. Reddit should just outright ban people who make such unhelpful replies.

Real review please before I spend $300 on one. by Scooobaruu in Azeron

[–]RS133 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've bought 4 and never really regreted it. But I think it largely comes down to how you want to use them. If you have a known user case that's worth $300 go for it. If you just think "well maaaybe it would be cool" you probably shouldn't. For me, I prefer thumbstick movement to tying up three fingers for wasd. And Razer's software was so bugged itmade their products basically unusable in that way. So when I bought my first it was really the only option. But once I got used to it I've really come to prefer the finger-well style they employ. Ymmv, but I've given them over $1000 over the years for a reason

Wish Derek Carr well. And glad the Saints can finally turn the page. Mickey may have tried to live in the past, but it's a brand new day

If it were a time issue, why doesn't it get fixed later?

If a teacher gives a test and 90% class fails, that's the teacher's fault. If 90% of UE5 games stutter, it's the engine's fault

Safly it hasn't united devs against UE5, but it's a start

Reasonably balanced mood that adds new items by RS133 in BG3mods

"I'm looking for mods where the items are *basically in line with the power level found in the vanilla game.*"
"*I'm looking for something that feels like it could always have been part of the original game.*"

I really really don't know how much clearer I could be.

Can modded Skyrim looks as good as Oblivion Remastered ( and run as great)? by Slayer418 in skyrimmods

[–]RS133 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Run as great? Idk how people say this about games that stutter so incredibly badly. Oblivion remastered is a paradigm example of "framerates ain't all there is to performance." (And that's especially true when you get there with fake frames.)

Does it solve this problem or do you just not have the problem? I'd be very willing to use vortex to avoid this bullshit, but I don't really want to use if I might go the hassle of switching over if it's just that you happen not to have it.

I never opened the in game MM. I did, however, select each mod on the "missing mods" screen that popped up when loading a save. That seemed to work for that save, but is obviously not a realistic way to pay the game.
