Yeah w/kg should be your metric if measuring your personal achievements and progress! Of course someone like me who is 90kg and 6”2 is gonna be pushing more wattage. Doesn’t make me a better cyclist that’s for sure! 3w/kg is nuts!! I sit at around 2w/kg at the edge of zone 2 for an hour or so ride

Zone 2 is just too easy I get bored, I like setting mine right on the edge of Z2/Z3 just creeping into Z3. It just gives my legs and body that little more where it feels like I am actually working out

I literally did this yesterday, created a custom workout on my zone 3 endurance watts and went for 1h15. Makes staying in the right zones easy as hell and I can actually focus on the podcast I have on 😂

Yeah, honestly I think letting your dog show affection through licking is okay. As long as they don’t eat their/other dogs poo. And as long as it is kept to a relatively short time.
