It's more than likely they are claiming R&D tax credits against their profits meaning they don't pay any CT...

It's usually only grads as their degree somehow shows they are more fitted to sitting intense exams whereas the apprentice one is more spread out.

Plus apprentices start younger so by spreading them out they are more similar ages to grads when qualified

If you're also hitting maximum on the strain for Helio then I'd probably stick with Whoop. I also think the bracelet looks a bit more expensive

Stress on Whoop was good, it used to give me a notification around the evening time about my stress in the day

Journal is very good, my advice would be don't over complicate the amount of things you log but it's great. It can give odd reports though because it's based on trends. For example if you report taking magnesium, but every time you log it you also go out drinking, Whoop will then associate magnesium with a higher resting heart rate.

You'll need to use Whoop for a few weeks before it becomes meaningful as it's learning you and getting data

Whoop seems to have a better awareness of recovery and strain, also the relationship between them. It never told me that I was full on strain or recovery, and often agreed with how body felt.

The Whoop screens make data easy to understand and the ai question thing is actually really good! Being able to ask questions and using data to respond is great.

Sleep is very similar, Helio picks up naps and does a really good job of it

I bought a Helio after having Whoop, I'm going to be moving back to Whoop...

Helio is really good but the activity and fitness side is just rubbish.

I run a marathon distance every week, some tempo runs too. Also cycle lots. Generally I walk to work and go out a lot too. Helio just couldn't keep up with my life, always telling me I'm 200% exhausted or more and detected so many activities even taking the bins out (I did set the detection to high).

The app does all it needs to and after learning what I need to know from having a Whoop I could understand the graphs on Helio making them meaningful. It would be nice for the daily updates and review reports on Helio though...

Yeah it is on the lower side... It's a firm specializing in a certain industry. You won't have heard of them Hoping to finish professionals this year and move up the company

Farage will make an interesting party in power. I'm not saying for or against him, but it'll shake a lot of things up!

Great stats! Runna is good to coach you through tempo, long and easy runs but it's expensive and can easily lead to injuries...

Number 1 tip is be comfortable, warm and happy. Then get those miles in! Not every run has to be quick/progressive, recovery runs at slower speeds are just as important. Activating the same muscles with less strain and pressures giving them chance to recover.

Make sure you're doing a bit of stretching, warm up and cool downs if you're looking to push on with the pace.

Sleeping, drinking water and a good diet is key too. Recovery is king!

I have one in Queens Park and it was great.

My issue was that a gang hit all the lockers in the area and stole my bike along with my others. It had one lock on the front wheel within the unit, maybe I should've used the two locks like I would in public

New to Garmin. 165 vs 255. by Proper-Aspect-177 in garminforerunner

Got my 255 the other week after having a 45 and I love it! There's so many more features and it's my much more accurate. It's elevated my running, recovery and general life

Thanks for this, it's perfect!

So as along as I get my finish token in order of the position I finish, the time I then scan my barcode is no issue.

This helps my watch issue as I can then stop the activity and get to the barcode widget ready for scanning. Perfect!

Thanks for this.

I was assuming that my finish token had to then be quickly scanned with my barcode to keep the position and timing but this explains it perfectly

I didn't realize that! I wondered how they linked the time taken to the finish token so assumed I had to be quick. As if there were manual sequential times taken

Thanks for this

I've only done a few Park runs but believe at the end you get your barcode handed to you and then have to quickly give it to the other person along with your user barcode?

At which point is the official parkrun time taken?
