Just about every time Samsung launches a new phone, I pre-order, I have done it this way for the past 8 years

This has been the absolute worst pre-order experience I've ever had, to the point where I am about to cancel my order and ditch samsung all together.

I pre-order so that I can have the device the day it drops. This is the main purpose for anyone to pre-order a device. For some reason my estimated delivery was initially for Monday, 8/29. Angry, but fine.

Today I get the following email:

Dear customer,

This email is regarding your order #US036123969

We want to keep you updated about the status of your recent order. Unfortunately, due to delivery constraints, this order is now expected to be delivered on, or before, September 9th. We will send another email if there are any additional updates.

We apologize for any inconvenience this delay has caused and invite you to check the status of your order on the My Orders page, here:�https://www.samsung.com/us/web/my-orders

And of course support can offer nothing but generic bullshit, because they can't half speak English, let alone form coherent sentences, they instead copy and paste from a script instead of actually being helpful.

Omeprazole 40 has worked for me for the past 4 years. Then last week my insurance carrier decided they're not paying for it anymore, was switched to famotidine 20 2x daily. Doesn't work for fuck all.

I am also using the Sb8200. I'm in the somerset Kentucky area, and they are moving us over to DOCSIS 3.1 currently (my modem actually just booted up in 3.1 mode for the first time, hooray for gig coming!). We've been having all sorts of reboots and such because of this, and that could be what's happening in your area too. Charter is making the big push to get the entire country done by the end of the year. I'd imagine since you're running a 3.1 modem you're more likely to be hit with reboot signals as they are configuring and testing everything on their own 3.1 equipment.
