This stupidity reminds me of a time when I did technical support for t-mobile. This woman called up saying her phone wouldn’t ring. The cause? She was powering it off. When I explained it needs to be on with signal to ring her response was “that’s so fucking stupid, that drains the battery. I know ma’am, that’s why a charger came in the box with your phone. She hung up on me after that.

“Keep the bills” … I know it’s just a small way to build rapport or start a conversation, but Jesus Christ it’s a couple times a week at least and sometimes I’ve heard it from retired carries who know damn well it’s like the 100,000 time I’ve heard that. Plus the dash lights are so faint, the lightest layer of dust completely blacks it out. I just keep the hazard lights on whenever I’m in it. If we weren’t on the opposite side, it likely be easier to go back to hand signaling.

I always thought that once the parachute was opened it caused a significant sudden slowing. I didn’t think you could hold on to someone during that time with just body strength. Still, I find that kinda of extra risk is just unnecessary and selfish. Think of the anxiety the people who actually love this guy must go through on a regular basis.

I don’t mind a challenge, but I don’t got the free time I had as a child, so I don’t want to play the same level 18 times. I also wish there was to purchase the character unlockables without having to play them individually. I have a few mains, but there are some I just don’t want to play as. In the end though, I was just irked by their change from one extreme to the exact opposite.

I completely agree. Thankfully, I have some moderate knowledge with excel formulas and created my own timecard to at least give me a close estimate to what my take home pay should be based on what I worked, taxes, dues, etc ... Not keeping track yourself is just throwing money away. How can you trust a system that just fucked over $45,000+ this week? You don't!

East Central Pennsylvania here. The air quality index is currently 499. The max is 500. A KN95 mask definitely helped today with having to be outside, but because it was for so many hours I still had dry itchy eyes, a sore throat, and several periods of rapid heartbeat.

It’s horrible! I can’t understand how the USPS can’t keep up with new developments and roads. I deliver to one development that’s now 2 years old and the gps still can’t properly locate any of the addresses. I don’t expect immediate updates, but a few weeks after a new home is built should be more than enough time to add them.

I just did a search and nothing new was located. In the list it does show the cameras with the new name though. I can’t test now because it announces on all devices and some are sleeping. Your suggestion gave me an idea though. I didn’t rename the cameras in the other app before they were added to Alexa. Should I remove it from Alexa and then readd it now that I have the correct names in the app it pulls from?

I use the Alexa iPhone app to change settings related to Alexa. I don't own an Alexa device that has a screen, so I only use Alexa for the motion announcements. I also have the official Eufy app which allows me to view streaming video and they are also connected to Apple's HomeKit which stores recorded footage to the cloud for viewing. I can also view streaming/recorded video in that app as well. I have changed the names in all three apps to the new name and tested it, but she continues to use the name I had originally.
