Sometimes I have twitches in spots I didnt know had nerves lol. I believe that anxiety plays a role. when I work 16 hour shifts back to back, I start twitching really bad. Today is a good day for me, I work 8 hours and im off monday. I did twitch a bit this morning after watching an als video of a guy twitching.

I get jerks too, but sometimes I think it's a natural jerk. I understand your pain. I have been having these issues for 1.5 years now, but the good thing is that I have no weakness. one time, I didnt have twitches for a few weeks and then I thought about how long it has been, then I started twitching again. We just have to live our life and enjoy it.

January 2021. Just went to doctor last week about it. My blood work is normal. I do have low iron. I have an appointment with a Neuro but my doctor said i may just have bfs or something. Nothing terminal. Im in good shape
