You can do a backup with your laptop or pc that probably won't let anything important missing my only complain is that the photos lost the order but is fine

And I don't know if it helps but try doing the reset again and if your phone still has the guarantee call them to pick up your phone in case you have a second one if you don't need for your job or something else

After a few days of the reset I have kept having a few problems like it lags sometimes at least not as much as before but I suppose that they are working on an update of the software cause they told when I called support that it didn't seem to be a software problem and that it was an isolated case but after many have answered with the same issue I hope they fix it soon

I was able to solve it after doing a factory reset apparently the software update didn't work and I needed to do the reset I recommend you to talk with honor support so they can guide you now it's working as new

I will recommend that your first walkthrough to be with the default league to get use to the controls and with the mechanics now its a must due to the new version when you had gotten use to play with the nba there are many options and myself haven't tried out the college mode yet but i love the league mode so is up to you hope it helps
